Historical Argument Within Australia

The historical argument reveals that agmc is within an historical context. The aim is to show that the Australian elite still continues its policies and now abuses agmc victims. Firstly it shows that before humanitarian legislation and public exposure concerned with warfare, invasions, genocide, etc, the British and Australian elites simply did what it wanted.  After humanitarian legislation and public exposure these policies and actions were simply covered up.  These atrocities and cover ups and suspicions are as recent as 2001 that we know of. It is implausible to believe that simply because of recent humanitarian legislation that such atrocities would not continue. The agmc is just the next area to be revealed. Also the control of both the U.S. and British elites of Australia will be revealed and so therefore the understanding of the programming related to these can be seen. I will use case histories to reveal these and will also use my own memories that have historical corroboration.

Before explaining the specific incidents of Australia’s history it is important to understand what economic and social policies and activities the ruling elite undertakes as these form one half of Australia’s history. The other half is the resistance against them. Australia’s history and current economy is within capitalism. Capitalism always needs expansion to get more and more natural resources such as oil and minerals and to get to areas of cheaper labour. Profit drives getting more profit. This greed also means getting rid of any people that will stop them which is war and invasions are about. It also means getting rid of anything or people that puts an “economic drain” on resources such as stopping publically funded services and social security. It also means creating and maintaining a compliant workforce.

Before humanitarian legislation and public exposure concerned with warfare, invasions, genocide, etc, the British and Australian elites simply did what it wanted. First, Australia’s history is really the invasion and killing of Aboriginal people to obtain their land. Even in the 1950s, Aboriginal people were explicitly killed or experimented on with the atomic bombings at Maralinga. Australia since 1900 has had a firm White Australia policy that has stopped immigrants and refugees particularly from Asia from coming to Australia. Then there are the many incidents involving war, its threat or invasions that were immoral or illegal and were well known. The Prime Minister “Pig Iron Bob” Menzies sold pig iron to Japan even when it was a threat to Australia. He also planned to give the northern half of Australia to Japan in order to save his home region of the south.  This was the so called Brisbane Line. The Australian government invaded Timor Lorosae – then Portuguese Timor - illegally as Portugal was neutral in order to stop Japan and caused the many deaths of Timor Lorosae people.

The Illegal Invasion of Vietnam

After humanitarian legislation and public exposure these policies and actions were simply covered up. With the Vietnam War, it has now been revealed that it was the Australian government that wanted the South Vietnamese government to ask them to begin a war with North Vietnam, instead of the South Vietnamese asking the Australian government. For a good understanding of this see John Pilger’s documentary, Other People’s Wars. The Australian government actually wanted to go there and it can be seen now why as major Australian companies such as BHP have moved their factories there. The Vietnam War also showed via the media that the Australian and American military was illegally killing innocent civilians and which was the major reason why the public protested against and stopped the war.

The Immoral Invasion of Timor Lorosae

South East Asia is a major area where the Australian government wants to exert its influence and economic control, and has supported governments only within its economic greed. For example with the Indonesian invasions of Timor Lorosae during the 1970s, 80s and 90s, the Australian government supported Indonesia even though it was condemned by the U.N.  This support was so much that even when Australian journalists were illegally killed by the Indonesian government at Bilbao, the Australian government did not responsibly act to deal with the murders such as going to the United Nations. However, weirdly, it changed its mind and supported Timor Lorosae in the 1999 invasion. As noted by ACFOA which is the peak body of some 90 or so Australian Aid and Development Non-Government Organisations, this “change of heart” was done within economic exploitation. Off the coast of Timor Lorosae lies a major oil field, the Timor Gap, which was the main reason why Indonesia invaded and was supported by then Australian government. However, by the late 1990s, the Australian government had made “better” deals with the Timor Lorosae rebels about getting a greater percentage of the oil than Indonesia was offering. Also in public relations’ terms, Australia would be seen as a “good guy” even though it had supported Indonesia for twenty five years!

The SIEV X Massacre

A very recent suspicious and covered up incident involving the deaths of people is one closer to home. This is in the killing of refugees in the SIEV X sabotaging in 2001.  It has been seriously contended by a previous Australian diplomat that the Prime Minister and heads of the ADF and other Australian government departments deliberately lied and covered up major violations of international legislation leading to the deaths of many people. In October 2001, a very small and decrepit refugee boat (a SIEV or Suspected Illegal Entry Vessel) sank leaving three hundred and fifty three people dying in international waters about sixty nautical miles from land inside the Australian border protection surveillance zone. By international legislation, the Australian government must specifically assist a sinking vessel.

Two days later in the first Australian news coverage the Prime Minister John Howard states that the disaster has nothing to do with Australia because the boat sank in 'Indonesian waters'. What is suspicious about Howard’s statement is that the Australian Defence Force’s Operation Relex has very competent surveillance of all refugee boat departures from Indonesia, can instantly know their whereabouts and will then haul them back to Indonesia when they get close to Australian waters.

In the ensuing days, a senate enquiry is established whereby government department leaders, including rear admirals, AFP (Australian Federal Police) and smuggling taskforce heads present contradictory and false information concerning the whereabouts of the boat sinking and the actions of the ADF. Rear admirals also claiming other department leaders are lying. With these very suspicious statements, the media starting major coverage. After many months of constant questioning as there are way too many contradictions and accusations of lying and covering up by heads of departments against each other, the suspicion that the Australian government allowed this sinking to occur became strong. John Howard refused to answer questions about it.

New evidence then revealed more sinister and pre arranged intents. In September 2002, nearly one year later, the media reports that an AFP informant had boasted to reporters that he had sabotaged and scuttled several boats of asylum seekers. Working within Indonesia he paid captains to sabotage boats so that they do not get to Australia. This sabotage also fitted the testimony of the survivors who stated that the boat during the night before had been sabotaged to sink. What is further revealed in the senate enquiry is that the Australian People Smuggling Disruption Program working in Indonesia is not presenting clear and consistent information about its activities. In the same month, Senator John Faulkner delivers the last of three speeches to the Senate on the People Smuggling Disruption Program in Indonesia. In the concluding section of this speech, Faulkner asks if there is a link between the disruption program and the sinking of SIEVX and goes on to raise the spine-chilling possibility that the disruption program in Indonesia may have been used as a 'licence to kill'.

The next very suspicious event is that the Egyptian captain of the SIEV X Quassey is not only able to easily save himself with the sinking, but that the Indonesian court only tries him on passport violations and not on whether he deliberately sank the boat even though testimony from survivors specifically state that sabotage occurred. He only gets a short sentence gaol term and is quickly deported. The Australian government also does not seriously attempt to extradite Quassey to Australia even though the sinking occurred in the Australian border protection surveillance zone. Suspicions grew that the Australian government did deals with the Indonesian government and most importantly does not extradite him because the culprit may reveal more.

In parliament, ministers such as the Australian Federal Police Minister, Senator Chris Ellison, Senator Robert Hill, representing the Foreign Minister, and the Justice Minister, Senator Ellison are criticised for their inaction in criticising the Indonesian government and not extraditing. The last major and continuing suspicion is that regardless of what technically had happened, the Australian government knew that the boat was there and sinking with the very competent surveillance, and within the Australian surveillance border. It had previously sent back other refugee boats, and with this boat nothing was done to save it.

For a full report of the SIEV X killings please see the webpage SIEV X and look up information about the similar Tampa incident. Also look up information at what the U.N. wrote in its condemnation of the Australian governments detention (read imprisonment) of refugees. These refugees were the lucky ones in order to get to Australia and yet they are still treated inhumanely.

Refugees is a major issue in Australia since the 1970s. Refugees to the Australian government are firstly an “economic drain” in that the rich have to pay for social security, housing, education, etc. Also the government doesn’t want to spend money on their detainment and extradition.  They are also seen as possibly “unsettling workers” in employment competition which could lead to workers seeing their exploitation.

Other Unexplained and Sinister Events in Australian History

Other events can be added to these and which remain unsolved and have sinister overtones. These are not the only ones by far. The 1982 bombing of the Sydney Hilton Hotel during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and directed at the Malaysian prime minister, Matahir. ASIO scapegoated an alternative group, the Ananda Marga, who had no record of violence for many years, and made false claims that led to some members imprisonment. After much lobbying, the people were released as there was no substantial evidence. The “disappearance” of the prime minister Harold Holt in 1967 is also mysterious. He supposedly drowned when he went swimming even though he was a good swimmer, knew the location well and had swum there before in similar conditions.

An Australian Fascist Elite Controls Key Government Bodies and is in an Alliance with  Foreign U.S. and British Elites

The control of Australia by an alliance of U.S., British and Australian elites and by an Australian elite controlling key government departments such as the military and espionage agencies, are shown in the Whitlam coup detat of 1975, The 1977 Hope Royal Commission into Australian Espionage Services and the Australian involvement in overseas wars that only support U.S., British and Australian elite interests. My programming was also first about control within a British alliance especially worship of the queen and the British elite. Later it was within a mainly U.S. alliance and U.S. military and power symbolism.

The 1975 Whitlam Coup Detat

If there is ever proof that Australia is not controlled by Australian people, but an Australian elite combined with the U.S. and British elites, the 1975 Whitlam Coup Detat is it. On November 11th, 1975, an unelected representative of the British queen “dismissed” an elected prime minister even though the prime minister had full support in the parliament. By use of a technicality rarely used, the governor general immorally overthrew a popular and democratically elected government. It was done within machinations involving the governor general and ultimately the British queen, the opposition leaders who are part of the ruling elite, Australian espionage agencies which would have been directed by the Australian government elite in the bureaucracy, and the British and U.S. espionage themselves directed by the elites in the U.S and Britain. In other words, Australia is still is a colony of the British empire and part of the American economic hegemony.  It also proves that ASIO and ASIS does deliberately cover up and acts primarily for fascist elements in the American, British and Australian governments.

In 1972 when the Whitlam government came into power, the U.S. and British governments were suspicious of major reform. These included Aboriginal health, education, welfare, and land rights legislation. Cultural initiatives for women, Aborigines and immigrants were set up. Free university education and medicine were introduced. Imperial honours such as knighthoods and MBEs were scrapped. The "Commonwealth Government" was renamed the Australian Government and an Australian anthem replaced "God Save the Queen."  Conscription was ended. Australian troops were withdrawn from the Vietnam War and men imprisoned for draft evasion were released. Australian ministers publicly condemned the American conduct of the Vietnam War. The U.S. bombing of Hanoi during Christmas 1972 was denounced as the work of "maniacs" and "mass murderers". Deputy Prime Minister, Dr Jim Cairns, called for public rallies to condemn the bombing and for boycotts on American goods. In response, Australian dockers refused to unload American ships. Whitlam himself warned the Nixon administration that he might draw Indonesia and Japan into protests against the bombing. Frank Snepp, the CIA officer in Saigon said that “we are told that the Australians might as well be regarded as north Vietnam collaborators”.

The relationship between the Whitlam government and the U.S. and British ones became one of suspicion. Whitlam wanted a full report into the activities of the CIA and the relationship between the CIA and ASIO where ASIO gave the CIA important and confidential information. He also wanted a full report of the secret operations of strategic U.S. bases in Australia such as Pine Gap and North West cape that the Australian government were not allowed to know.   When he discovered that ASIO agents were working in Chile for the CIA he recalled them. It was also revealed that the British espionage agencies MI5 and MI6 were also dong undercover operations with ASIO and ASIS that were not for Australia’s interest but for the British espionage of Australia and South East Asia. Whitlam also ordered the dismissal of the heads of ASIO and ASIS when it was discovered that the British and American intelligence services were secretly involved in Indonesian invasion of Timor Lorosae. Later more information was revealed. A previous deputy director of the CIA was passing secret information to opposition parties.

Then the CIA started an orchestrated campaign to discredit the Whitlam government. It forged supposed loans that the Australian government made such as the Mercantile Bank and Trust Company forgery. At the same time, the CIA through the Nugan Hand bank were financially supporting the Coalition parties with major funds.

When Whitlam ordered a full enquiry into CIA activities and in particular the Pine Gap base in late 1975, The U.S government called Whitlam “a security risk to his own country” and mounted a campaign to overthrow him. The CIA contacted the governor general Kerr, ASIO, MI5 and opposition leaders. In 1977 an American Bryce who was listening in on conversations between the CIA, MI5, ASIO, opposition leaders and Kerr stated in a U.S. court that there was a conspiracy to cause disruption of parliament and therefore political instability and to use a rarely used technicality in order to “dismiss” Whitlam and put the opposition leader Fraser in power. It has also since been revealed that Kerr had worked for organisations that had direct CIA connections or were fronts such as the Australian Association for Cultural Freedom.

On November 11th, Kerr sacked Whitlam with the false accusation that there was political instability and placed Fraser, the opposition leader in power. Whitlam responded with achieving an overwhelming no confidence vote against Fraser in parliament which also constitutionally meant he could retain power. Kerr went against this and overthrew him.

Former CIA officers who were among the Agency's "top seven" in 1975, revealed ten years later that "Whitlam was set up". The action that Kerr took was so extreme that it would take far more than a constitutional crisis to cause him to do what he did...." A Deputy Director of the CIA said, "Kerr did what he was told to do."  In 1980, Victor Marchetti, an ex-CIA officer, said "The CIA's aim in Australia was to get rid of a government they did not like and that was not co-operative… it's a Chile, but in a much more sophisticated and subtle form."

In 1977, Whitlam said to the Australian Parliament, "There is profoundly increasing evidence that foreign espionage and intelligence activities are being practised in Australia on a wide scale… I believe the evidence is so grave and so alarming in its implications that it demands the fullest explanation. The deception over the CIA and the activities of foreign installations on our soil… are an onslaught on Australia's sovereignty."

In summary, ASIO and ASIS which are supposedly Australian government departments, do not act for Australian people. They act for the Australian, British and U.S. elites.

The 1977-8 Hope Royal Commission into Australian Espionage Services

This Royal Commission revealed that ASIO and ASIS have never uncovered espionage in Australia even though it is a powerful body as seen with its activities, especially surrounding the Whitlam coup. It also revealed that ASIO illegally handed over slanderous information about politicians to parties that are not involved in Australian affairs such as the CIA. Therefore, again, a supposed Australian government department is not acting for Australian affairs but for an elite. This elite is directing a body that is not about espionage but about stopping opposition to it. Also, in 2004, another enquiry is about to begin into ASIO and the supposed supplying of well informed “intelligence” from the CIA to it with the supposed weapons of mass destruction that Iraq was supposed to hold. Please see The Illegal Invasion of Iraq.

Overseas Wars

Another revelation that Australia is not an independent country but is ruled by either the British or U.S. elites is in total foreign involvement in overseas wars. Apart from the battle of the Coral Sea, Australia has not fought a war on its own land.  There is still no evidence that Japan was actually going to fully invade Australia even though it did bombings. The vast majority of war involvement were and are for the solitary interests of Britain or the U.S.  and overseas. The British wars have included the Boer War, WW1, WW2 in Europe, and for the U.S with Afghanistan and Iraq. Again, therefore, the Australian military is not being used to protect and defend Australian people, but to increase the profits of U.S. Australian and British company profits. Again, for a good understanding of this see John Pilger’s documentary, Other People’s Wars.

The Illegal Invasion of Iraq

Another overseas war Australia has fought in, and for another country, this time the U.S., is the

the illegal Invasion of Iraq in 2003. The U.S. and its allies including Australia, Britain, Spain and other countries stated that it could invade Iraq since it supposedly held weapons of mass destruction. The U.S. stated that it had used its own intelligence gathering with the CIA to substantiate this. This information was then passed onto ASIO and Howard who accepted it fully.  It used a defence argument in that “Iraq was a supposed threat to world peace”. The U.N. had conducted extensive investigation and found no such evidence of such. The U.S. then demanded a specific time period for the Iraqis to “hand them over”. It instead questioned the reliability of the U.N. A vote within the U.N. as to the U.S. and Australia’s legitimacy to invade was stopped by both western and eastern countries. Even the pope condemned the invasion as he like the U.N. saw no tangible evidence of weapons and a threat. Contravening this U.N. decision and therefore being illegal under international law, the U.S. and Australia and other countries invaded.

However, what has been found is that the U.N. was correct and no such weapons existed. Howard, the prime minister is blaming ASIO and behind that the CIA for supposedly supplying false information. However, many things contradict this. Firstly, the CIA is supposedly the most resourceful and able investigative agency in the world and would have surely known that no such weapons existed. A much smaller and less resourceful U.N. investigation found none. Secondly, the U.N team were not given the full amount of time to investigate it as the U.S., and supported by Howard, demanded a specific time fro Iraq “to give them up”. It is easy to work out that the U.S. and Australia could see that what was unfolding was an innocent situation, and wanted to stop the thorough investigation by the U.N. which would show that the CIA was deliberately falsifying invasion, and to invade quickly within itself.  Many prominent politicians in Australia and an enquiry into ASIO’s conduct of the information  have raised suspicions that Howard deliberately mislead the Australian people by knowing that the CIA information was false. Howard chose the CIA information over the U.N. even though it would be obviously biased towards U.S. and Australian’s intentions. The CIA information is biased because the U.S. government has had a desire to invade Iraq for some time. Ever since the war against Iraq in 1991, the U.S. has desired to invade again and get rid of Hussien, its leader. The real reason is that the U.S. oil companies in which Bush is an owner wanted Iraq which supplies a major proportion of the world’s oil. The CIA and ASIO information suited Howard's political purposes in causing fear within Australian people of Muslim terrorism and which a conservative government would stop. People in times of fear will vote for a party which is conservative in thinking and emphasises military action.

Memories

My memories of my abuse fits in with the times and places of what the policies and actions were. These memories were not prompted by looking at the internet or books or other sources of information, or during therapy. They were memories that came up independently. I was able to ascertain the date of the memory by remembering what was happening at the time with personal things such as where I was living, how old I was, who my friends were, etc.  I was able to remember the places because I overheard military and espionage personnel talking about flying to such a such place. They thought we would not remember because we were programmed and extremely dissociated.

Refugees

I mention the refugee situation specifically because I was forced to assassinate refugees coming in on boats from Indonesia. In the 1980s I was sent many times to islands off the north east coast of Western Australia. I still have a blank geographical image in my mind of this area because I was programmed to forget the area and the incidents. We were flown from an isolated aerodrome in western Sydney to another on the north east coast and then helicoptered to the islands. We left on Friday night and returned Sunday morning at night. We then had to assassinate groups of about three hundred people and dispose of the bodies using acids. This means that the programmers could say that we only had one missing day where “we were sick in bed” which would also account for “our tiredness”. Therefore we werent the wiser. During the 1980s many refugee boats were coming to Australia, far more than today. Many did “not arrive” and the media were told by the ADF that they “were lost at sea” even though they were very seaworthy and had travelled in far more dangerous waters across the Indian ocean and South China Sea. In reality, they had been picked up, then towed to these islands where us programmed victims unconsciously assassinated them.

Supplying Arms

I mentioned the Australian government support of Indonesia’s invasion because I was sent to Indonesia to supply arms in 1975. Again we were flown by plane from a military aerodrome near Sydney early on Friday evening to an aerodrome near Darwin during which time we were given orders. At about midnight we were then flown by a large plane to an aerodrome near Kupang in Eastern Indonesia which was close to the fighting. At two in the morning we then had to drag off large numbers of guns and ammunition from the plane onto carts and them place them in a hanger.  This took about two hours and then we flew back to Darwin arriving around daylight. We were then placed on a plane back to Sydney and got there about midday and then dropped off in Wollongong by car. I was told I had gone to Sydney for an “all night disco” and was tired and just getting back.

Getting the historical information later was important for me to understand what had happened. I could put my memories in an historical context. I could also now explain how I knew how far Darwin was by plane even though I had never supposedly been there before!

Conclusion

Firstly, the fact that the Australian government still conducts wars and invasions means that the same overall economic policies have continued on. It was involved in the U.N. condemned and non supported invasion of Iraq. The Australian government has a history of atrocities and there is no reason to believe that they havent continued. The Australian government has not become more humanitarian as seen with the U.N. condemnation of its treatment of refugees in detention centres. As seen with the Hope Royal Commission, its espionage agencies do illegal activities. As seen with the 2001 SIEV X killings, there is still major suspicion and covering up of its military activities. What is different is that they have to use supposedly good public relations as seen with Timor Lorosae. These are fraudulent because are they are based on the same old greed. However as seen with Timor Lorosae and Indonesia before and with the SIEV X killings, if the Australian government doesnt use a “good public relations” policy, it will simply ignore the issue. The agmc was developed in order to fulfill the more insidious activities of these policies such as the illegal supply of arms to Indonesia or to continue them outright as with the White Australia policy and the killing of refugees off the Australian coast.

Secondly, The fact that supposed Australian departments such as the military and espionage agencies only work for an elite as shown specifically in the Whitlam coup detat, means that there is a ruling, autonomous elite. This elite is only concerned with itself and with nefarious activities. What is dangerous is that it controls the military and espionage agencies and is quite capable of implementing mind control in order to maintain its power.  This elite is allied quite closely with the U.S. and British governments as again seen with the Whitlam coup and it has been shown that the U.S. government has developed and used mind control. There is no reason to suggest that the Australian government wouldn’t use it. In fact, seeing its history of atrocities, cover ups, etc, it would.

Lastly my memories and their historical corroboration, confirm for me at least, that agmc fits in with the Australian government elites policies of greed and expansion. I was sent to islands off the north east coast to kill refugees because they would be an “economic drain”. I was sent to supply arms to the Indonesians in their invasion of Timor Lorosae because the Australian government elite wanted to get a cut of the Timor Gap oil.
