This webpage explains the abuse
overall. It first explains why it is called Australian Government Mind Control.
It then summarises the victimisation of the person. Thirdly, it outlines the
perpetrators, the organisation, and its placement within the government
bureaucracy.
Its very important to
clarify that the perpetrators are not the general government as we know it. This means the bureaucracy, the political, judicial and legislative processes, and
the departments. This is for all
federal, state and local governments. A general clerical worker in the
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, a general soldier, even a general ASIO
agent, an innocent politician and judge, etc would not know of its existence or
be involved. Therefore, the majority of government workers are not involved. It
is the perpetrators within the specific mind control organisation and these are
located witthin the elite of the burueacy and interspersed within departments,
particularly those directly invovled with the abuse. It also involves corrupt
politicians, including ministers and prime ministers, from both the Coalition
(Liberal and National) and the Labor parties. I havent heard of knowing
polticians within the Democrats and Greens, but there are definitely many in the One Nation party.
However, the aims and
operations of the abuse fit in within Australian economic and political
interests and which the government is the main instrument in obtaining these.
This is why it is called Australian Government Mind Control Abuse. Also it is
the elite and perpetrators within the Australian government bureaucracy and
criminal politicians who direct and execute the operations and because they
control government, it is called Australian Government Mind Control
Abuse.
It is also important to
understand that investigations into the organisation would be dealt with by law
enforcement such as the Australian Federal Police, by bodies set up to
investigate government corruption and misdealings such as the Ombudsman, and at
a higher level, politicians, Senate Committees and even Royal Commissions. How
much these aveneues can bu used will depend on many things as shown with similar
investigations into government department corruption such as the NSW police
department involvement in organised pedophilia where the Wood Royal Commission
was needed to expose it. Sympathetic, honest, believing and conscientious
government workers, police, ombudsmen and polticians are necessary in exposing
the organisation.
The abuse is first and foremost
the total control of a person. This occurs in the mind control, a technological
form of brainwashing, or commonly called programming. By fundamentally controlling ones mind
you can control their thoughts and actions. The second aspect of the mind
control is that the person is not aware of the control at all. S/he is
deliberately mind controlled so s/he cannot be conscious of the abuse.
The programming consists of two
main mental states. The person firstly has a severely limited conscious state.
S/he has been programmed to think s/he is an everyday person with a normal job,
goes travelling, has particular interests and hobbies, etc. Secondly, s/he has a
totally non conscious state of being trained and deployed for government
activities. The result therefore is a victim thinking s/he is on holiday for
example but is actually being abused for illegal government activities.
The government perpetrators
abuse trauma and dissociation in the programming. Firstly, the victim is so
traumatised that s/he is generally destabilised and lives in constant
dissociation. The government
perpetrators also deliberately abuse split personality development in order to
produce and deploy parts. The parts have been firstly traumatised, then tricked
into loyalty to perpetrators and then forced to carry out roles. The roles can
exist in the conscious world as thinking they are having a normal life or can be
non consciously deployed.
The personalities, who may number a hundred are trained
to undertake specific roles and tasks. Roles include being an assassin, a
courier of information, drug manufacture, etc. The parts then have to undertake
specific tasks of travel, place and time that fulfil these roles eg to travel to
a particular place at a particular time with particular information. The parts
are also organised into an overall and interrelated system. As well as having to
undertake roles and tasks externally for the government, some have to make sure
the whole programming system is operating. The mind controlled victims are also
organised into military style groups. These “battalions” are abused for major
operations such as invasions, for large scale assassinations, for infiltration
of rebellious groups, etc.
What we are abused for are the illegal activities of the
Australian government. These can be directly to benefit the Australian
government or to assist an allied government, rebel group, individual, etc where
the Australian government gets monetary or other benefit. The main areas of
deployment are in the illegal military, espionage, human experimentation and
social disruption activities. In order to fund these activities, victims are
also deployed in internal funding operations. They are illegal as they contravene
national and international legislation concerning military and espionage
activity, illicit drug production and trafficking, child and adult prostitution
and pornography legislation, etc and are basically nefarious and
inhumanitarian.
Within military activities victims have to assassinate,
lay waste land, supply arms, courier military information, etc. Within espionage victims have to spy on
specific groups and people generally and/or collect information. Within social
disruption, we have to assassinate, cause public unrest, etc. As it is illegal
and cannot be taxation funded, people are abused for child and adult pornography
and prostitution, forced to produce and traffic illicit drugs, supply illegal
arms, etc to produce the money needed to run the organisation and its other
activities. To develop the mind control and test weaponry, victims are
experimented upon. International and national legislation prohibits illegal
invasion, arms supply to illegal invasions, invasions of privacy, external
control of autonomous governments, illegal insurgency, drug production, etc. and
so it is kept very secret and victims are deliberately made amnesiac so they
cannot remember and disclose.
Who are
abused? Innocent children and adults from extremely dysfunctional families are
abused by the government. Some people are already controlled by ritual abuse
cults which are related to or are the same as the government elite. The perpetrator/s in the family either
gives over or sells the child or adult to the government perpetrators. These
government members either know of ritual abuse and organized pedophilia
activities or are themselves involved. Prisoners, psychiatric and general
hospital patients and service personnel have also been experimented upon and
abused as “agents” both without their consent and without their knowledge. The
government perpetrators are deliberately looking for the ability to torture the
people and so they see what their dissociative levels are like. If they can
dissociate easily then they are abused.
The perpetrators are within a
covert and distinct organisation within the Australian government
bureaucracy. The organisation is
military in style, and has its own hierarchy, networks and codes of
communication. The perpetrators are mind control torturers and controllers. They
directly program, control, train and deploy the victim. They then network with
other Australian government programmers within Australia and overseas, and other
government’s or organisation’s programmers in deploying the victims.
It exists mainly within the
Australian government bureaucracy. The government departments where most members
perpetrate are the military or the Australia Defense Forces (ADF), espionage
agencies of the Australian Security Intelligence Organization (ASIO) and the
Australiazn Security Investigation Service (ASIS), the police especially the
Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
(DFAT). These departments are directly within the military, espionage, and
policing and external government relation’s spheres where victims are deployed.
Perpetrators also exist in society generally and can be teachers, doctors,
chemists, unionists, etc. It is covert, even within the departments themselves
and to politicians generally, because it conducts illegal activities.
The Fascist Elite
The directors of the organisation are within the elite
of the Australian government departments, particularly those mentioned above,
major mind control perpetrators, company directors and owners and politicians
wishing to abuse a covert and illegal organisation. This group determines
overall the aims and operations, tells the mind control organisation what to do,
and organises with similar in other countries, the specific government
departments and organised crime areas where the deployment happens. This fascist
elite wishes to control society and expand the economic greed of companies which
it either represents or has direct financial control of. The government is seen
as an instrument of social control and economic expansion by this elite.
Military, espionage and social disruption activities are the main ways of
obtaining social rule and economic greed. Before humanitarian legislation, this
elite would simply and openly order the invasion of countries, spy on groups,
etc. Now the government has to abuse a mind controlled group to do these
secretly and without the victims knowledge.
