From the outset, it is
important to explain that there is no one specific way, or even many specific ways
to deprogram. People work out whats best for them. There are many ways that are
common to survivors and these have been described here. There are also no specific stages.
Deprogramming is about alleviating or taking away the programming depending upon
what your immediate and long term needs and wants are. The emphasis is upon
developing strategies to deal with the situation. For example, when a
victim/survivor feels that maybe accessed, it is important to be conscious of
what the victim/survivor is going to do in the time when the accessing is
thought to happen. If stress will happen because there will be no contact, it
is important therefore to deal with the stress. The stress in itself is a good
indicator that accessing or deployment may happen. If looking at deprogramming
the whole thing, it is important to look at the whole programming “system”
“works”, and how far into the whole deprogramming you have come. See what is
needed further to be undone. The current and long term needs will be the guide
to what, when and how you deprogram.
Summary
These are general and
summarised ways in which you/the survivor need in deprogramming. Being
rational- does this makes sense?; use intuition- does this feel right?; getting
feedback from personalities particularly those that are not part of a program
of a specific personality you maybe working on, and from others such as friends
and a therapist; being flexible; being eclectic or using all/many strategies;
being sensible- eg is flying off a bridge really going to set you/the survivor
free- the reality is that it will kill you/the survivor; being clear and most
importantly loving yourself/the survivor. For survivors- you suffered some of
the most horrific and despicable crimes against humanity. The true and real love
of yourself is what has kept you both alive and doing the deprogramming so that
you have a better life. Cherish this.
Put
simply: deprogramming is looking for and
finding the truth, and undoing the lies and torture. We all have an innate
truth or knowing what is true. The truth for victims/survivors is in knowing
what the programming actually is particularly its lies, in knowing whether you
are being accessed, and whether you are being deployed. This truth comes from
seeing what is around you – the facts, from your intuition – does this feel
right, and from your sensibilities- does this makes sense. It also comes from
feedback from people truly close to you like your counsellor, other survivors
and friends. Programming is basically lies and there are many of them. The
first is that perpetrators are “your friends, your counsellor, etc”, the second
is that they are “helping you” against another perpetrator which can be an
earlier perpetrator, a perpetrator in competition with them or a “perpetrator”
they are actually friends with, or an innocent but gullible family person, etc.
PERPETRATORS ARE NEVER FRIENDS OR COUNSELLORS. It cannot be put more simply.
NOR ARE THEY EVER HELPING YOU. Again this cannot be more emphasised. A
victim/survivor needs to look at the truth. If a perpetrator is “helping you”
why is there a program to kill yourself? This is the most UNHELPFUL thing ever!
No matter what you feel happened, tricking you to commit suicide is NOT HELPFUL
WHATSOEVER. You dont want to be part of something horrible, didn’t want it in
the first place and don’t want to die because of their lies. It is they that
abused you and you don’t want it anymore.
Undoing
the lies and torture Undoing lies mainly involves talking with
parts that have the lies. You can explain what is a lie and show them. For
example, a lie can be found when seeing how can a perpetrator be helpful if
they want you dead? Most dialoguing is within littlies who can see injustice
clearly so once they see that it is a lie they can understand and change and
get angry. It is important to not be judgemental. Littlies, really yourself
when younger were fooled and tortured into this lie. Once you can see fully
that it is a lie, then you need to get rid of the programming altogether by
getting rid of the memory of the torture. Whatever was abused can be undone.
For example, if you are strapped to a table, undo the straps by calling on real
friends or a true therapist or have your own imaginary friends undo them. You
can also have an imaginary knife to cut the straps, but not yourself.
From
the unconscious to the conscious Another way of seeing deprogramming is going
into the unconscious in order for it to be conscious. The unconscious is the
area of your being which is not known to you but guides or determines a lot of
how we live in our lives. In psychology it is called the id. The desire to eat,
sleep, have sex, etc are unconscious desires. The consciousness is the social
aspect of our being or the ego. This is where our conscious desires are like
self fulfillment, social interaction, intellectual and physical usage, etc.
Everyone strives to have a balance between the unconscious and conscious
desires. The unconscious is also the area where past trauma is kept because it
is too difficult to remain in the consciousness. The trauma stays in a non
conscious spot until we can work on it and integrate it into our consciousness
and therefore get balance. The trauma in the unconscious though is still
influencing our lives as it is still there. It is just not consciously there.
The perpetrators know that this very normal way of people putting trauma into
the unconscious and abuse it badly. The fact that the trauma is so strong and
“hidden” is what makes the programming powerful. It is within the subconscious
and at the same time still affecting how you do things. When people are
accessed and deployed they go into a non conscious state. Therefore as
survivors we have to recover the trauma from the unconscious and bring it into
the conscious. When its in the consciousness we it can work on it much more
clearly and stop its power. Signs of
going into the unconscious programming are hearing perpetrators demands. These
demands maybe said as “sweetly” as possible, but they are still demands.
You may also see their faces, either in their natural state or
with makeup costumes, wigs, etc. You may then gets memories of the torture such
as being placed on a table with people with masks torturing you with metallic
instruments, electric prods, etc. You may also get memory of keywords which are
in fact cues, etc. After a while you may get a picture of the whole scenario.
One torturer physically torturing you while another perpetrator “saves” you,
etc. These memories, while hard to deal
with are important to get. Once you see what the memory is you can unravel it.
Basic Considerations
There are very important
basic considerations in deprogramming. It is beneficial to have these either
before you start and/or during the process. The first is having an unaffected
personal space in your/the survivor's mind. You/the survivor needs to be in a
personal space within yourself that is relatively free from the grubbermint’s
affects. To see the world from a relatively unaffected view or stance. This is
important for a reference point so that in times of stress or even generally,
you/the survivor have somewhere to come back to. It is important for objective
rationality ie does this makes sense? It has some sense of objectivity so that
you can see it from another perspective. From here you/the survivor can observe
and work on the programming. If you/the survivor are ever in trouble with
deprogramming such as going around in circles and going nowhere or there is a
"snag", you can come back to this unaffected space. It means you can
separate yourself from the organization/perpetrators and the programming and be
able to relate outside it. Overall, it
is the basis and continual referral point. It can also be your end point as
when you/the survivor unravel the programming to where there should only be
this unaffected place. We all have the ability to get this free space. The
human spirit is indestructible. For example, people who have been in
concentration camps and prisons for many years have come out with their lives
and thinking in tact. A good exercise is to simply walk from one room to
another of your/the survivor's own free will to find and strengthen this free
will. Other ways of finding this inner place in your/the survivor's soul and
mind are: a bath, going for a walk, meditation, concentrating on a pet or an
object, holding onto something from a teddy bear to a stone. Do things in
your/the survivor's current age and time eg school, work, hobbies, etc. From
this beginning, you/the survivor can then strengthen these simply by doing more
of it and being creative.
Important Considerations
These
are important basic considerations explained at length. We need to have
consciousness of what we are doing and that a major aim of deprogramming is to
get more consciousness. We need to have some knowledge of ourselves and that
deprogramming is getting more knowledge. Deprogramming means coping with trauma
and so we need to prepare ourselves for this. Lastly we need to be aware we are
in our current age, and it is our current ages’ abilities and knowledge that
helps us deprogram.
A major aspect of
deprogramming is consciousness. Every victim/survivor and counsellor
continually stresses the importance of consciousness. Consciousness is being
aware of the abuse, of the programming and its different aspects, specific
personalities and the roles and tasks, Consciousness means looking for and
getting the truth. Consciousness also
means knowledge and the ability to act on this knowledge. The term
coconsciousness is consciousness between parts and with the parts and the
person. Consciousness is also the exact reversal of what the perpetrators want
ie nonconsciousness or not being aware of the programming and abuse.
Consciousness is a slap in the face for perpetrators. With each conscious
awareness we see the truth, which in turn opens up more truths. Wanting
consciousness also fulfils the deeper wants of self understanding and an
independent and clear mind which means freedom from the grubs. Getting
consciousness happens with getting memory, by dialoguing with parts, by getting
feedback from friends, therapist, etc and by using rationality and intuition.
Knowing Yourself
Another aspect that
victims/survivors see as very important is knowing yourself. Even though this
might seem difficult at the beginning of deprogramming, there must be some
sense of knowing yourself in order to be able to even look at whether your are
being abused or not. For example, in order to come to this webpage and look for
information about Australian government mind control, there must have been some
knowledge of yourself. As survivorship progresses, you come to know yourself
more and have more confidence.
Knowing yourself means
understanding that you didnt want to be part of their evil. This also means
understanding what is good or bad. If you wanted to do harm or do harm today,
you wouldn’t be looking up information on Australian government mind
control. Knowing yourself also means
trusting aspects of yourself such as your intelligence, your rationality, your
intuition, etc. It means knowing psychologically who you are in terms of having
many personalities, of switching between them, of being to do talk with them,
in knowing that personalities are also you, etc. In knowing and accepting
yourself you can see what is programming and how inner people have been
tortured, lied, tricked and coerced into doing things that if they had the
choice today would not have done before. Knowledge of yourself therefore also
means caring for yourself.
Coping With Trauma
Deprogramming is also
basically coping with traumatic memory. Programming has its “power” from the
trauma you were subjected to. This is what basically you are reacting to. The
lies and tricks of the perpetrators rest on “saving” you somehow from the
trauma or from another perpetrator. Coping with trauma needs an awareness that
it happened before and most often many years ago. It is not happening now. To
stop or ease programming needs this awareness and sometimes we need to work
hard at keeping this awareness. Use things that keep you in the present such as
looking at whats going on around you, having a bath, going for a walk, etc.
Things that keep you grounded and in this day and time. Deprogramming like this
is sitting through the pain of the memory and waiting for it to go. Do anything
that is enjoyable.
Being In Your Current Age
As with keeping in the
present, it is really important to be in your current age. The trauma is really
now a memory. The importance also of being in your current age is that you can
use your current ages abilities, knowledge and power this age has. Most of the
underlying trauma happened as a child when we didn’t have fully developed
intellectual and physical abilities. We couldn’t see the trickery clearly and
we werent strong enough to run or physically stop the perpetrators. Most importantly we didn’t have the power to
escape. We were forced to be tied to perpetrators in the family basically
because we were children with little rights, were not believed, could not run
away and look after ourselves, etc. Now in our current age, whether it be 17 or
60, we do have more developed abilities and knowledge, and have rights and can
get support outside of the perpetrators within the family.
Strategies
Having a Strategy First of all it is important to have a conscious strategy when
deprogramming either as coping or undoing. You/the survivor are deprogramming
for a very good reason and it is helpful to be conscious and control it. Ask
why am I/the survivor deprogramming? Am I needing to react and get anxious?
What is the reality? How can the grubs get me or not get me? I am safe, etc.
What is my support such as therapists, friends, support groups, etc. Is it to
cope with a short term crisis? If so, go into short term looking after
yourself. Forget about undoing the programming. Lots of pampering, lots of
being with friends, lots of talking to the therapist, getting out or sleeping -
whatever you enjoy and tides you over. Is it to understand myself better and
get rid of the despicable grub garbage and it is not a stress time? Then undo
the programming. The important consideration is how safe you feel and to keep
on asking how safe you really are and deprogram accordingly.
Immersion
and Staying Outside Immersion is going into the programming to
understand how it functions. Staying outside is observing it from a distance.
Both are important and you/the survivor needs to develop both and use them
together in order to work through the programming. For example, you need to delve
to feel the emotions, understand the personality parts etc and then to step
back from them to get a perspective on what happens and what are lies etc. The
immersion is the subjective- experiencing the personal, the memories, the mind,
the intricacies of the programming, etc. When doing this you can rewind the
"vcr" of the memories and tell off the perpetrators. Staying outside
is the objective- the rational, the logical, the analysis of what is lies and
truth, etc. It is where you can be disciplined and not allow the junk and lies
to come in.
Program
Management All of these tools are concerned with programming management or
how to live your/the survivor's life with programming under reasonable control.
Discipline, living in your current age, understanding what the fear and anxiety
is that lies behind the deprogramming, etc can be very important in this. The
panic to deprogram, particularly at call back and disclosure times, comes from
the lie "that you or someone close to you will die". This is not the
case. In the seven years that I have been surviving and from meeting two
hundred other survivors NO ONE has died. You/the survivor can discipline
one/yourself with this truth and say "this is a lie and programming. I
will not go into it." Sometimes discipline can seem too difficult and as
normal human beings we are not perfect and can "do the best we can".
This means having a "bum day" and not feeling bad, and pride
ourselves on not being the "best survivor". We/the survivor didnt
want the programming in the first place so why should we also have to have
extra stress on being perfect.
Being
Wholistic seeing yourself/the survivor as being the whole person. It is
very important to see yourself/the survivor as whole. Having many or multiple
personalities part survivors can mean you/the survivor are in one personality
part or swapping between personality parts, etc. It means that you/the survivor
can lose track of the whole picture and there could be another personality part
who is directing things. It is important to look for and address all of
your/the survivor personality parts. You/the survivor needs to then look after
all of them. Dont cause or continue any conflict. Give each part an equal
reward in working through the programming. Sometimes you/the survivor need to
step back and view every part. Imagine your/the survivor's head as a whole
head. Listen for all of the parts speaking. This does not necessarily mean
integration or association. You/the survivor can still have personality parts,
and hopefully those not lied to and grubbermint controlled. They are still part
of the whole.
Care
for all of your/the survivor self which includes every part You/the
survivor needs to look after and care for your/the survivor whole self which
includes every part. Personality parts have only been lied to and they are led
to believe that they are "doing good by you/the survivor". They were
split off and told that you/the survivor, the person they were split from,
"has done bad" or that "they have done bad", etc. Caring for
them means listening to the parts lies and not accepting them, explaining
things in a non judgemental way and how it is the despicable grub's fault,
stopping the violence done to them/you and being firm. With parts that were
created when you/the survivor were a young person it is important to understand
your/the survivor's age at which they were done and care accordingly. This
means extra deserving attention, eating the appropriate foods eg baby foods,
singing songs etc. Caring for your/the survivor self also means in the general
current and day to day sense. Going for walks, eating healthy food, having good
accommodation, etc. You/the survivor are looking after all of you.
Memories
Come Up When They Can Memories of when the programming was done
come up when they can. It is important to respect that you are bringing up
memories when you can. You can work on them then. In times of stress such as
first remembering the abuse and at call back times, you maybe flooded with
memories. You wish to bring back too much to stop accessing. Now you need to
also respect your abilities in dealing with too much memory. You need to say
that you can only deal with so much and go into program management.
Trusting
yourself
The grubs and its programming methods with setups and electrocution etc
where/are real. You can go back into the memories and undo it. You can also put
them aside. You have the ability to control the programming.
Getting
the Facts It is very important to get the facts and the reality when
deprogramming. The grubs abuse fiendish hypnosis, drugs, death threats, etc to
force and delude you into thinking something else. A common one is that
"your brother/sister died". In fact, it was a grub member
masquerading as "your brother/sister" and they, either your real
brother/sister or the grub member, did not die. Another example of a delusion
you/the survivor may be forced to think is that you "are ringing the
grubs". You/the survivor needs to check whether this was the case or not
by knowing where you were at the time. As said before, feelings are not a safe
and reliable guide. Develop and trust your rationality, the facts, intuition,
etc.
Dialoguing with parts A lot of deprogramming is talking with
parts. This may sound crazy but it isnt. Parts know what the torture and lies
are, or can you information where your adult current self can work out what the
torture and lies are. Parts will talk to or with you or you can talk with them.
After a while it becomes second nature to have a dialogue with one or even many
parts. You can also do it out loud if you want. Its not crazy. Youre not in a
psych ward because you know where you are. Important considerations is in
respecting the part and also their age in terms of their abilities and
knowledge and world view. As said before, listen to the part, even his/her
lies. They didnt realise they were lies, or if they do they are saying them for
a good reason. Explain things in a non judgemental way and how it is always the
despicable grub's fault. With parts that were created when you/the survivor
were a young person it is important to understand your/the survivor's age at
which they were done and care accordingly. This means extra deserving
attention, eating the appropriate foods eg baby foods, singing songs etc.
We/survivors
are People It is important to remember that we/survivors are people in the
deprogramming. Sometimes we may forget that we are not robots or zombies which
the grubbermint would despicably like us to believe. When deprogramming,
remember that personality parts and the person are people with feelings and
levels of understanding and knowledge. We need to look after these. Feelings
are not a safe and reliable guide. In deprogramming a lot of feelings come up.
The grubs abuse feelings a lot. Feelings are just feelings. They have no sense
of truth or insight and can be manipulated. They are determined by a much
larger truth or lies. Eg you could be lied to that your mum did this when in
fact it didnt happen. Your feelings cant tell you the truth and you and her may
be abused with this lie. Even though feelings are not a reliable guide as
people are lied to, we need to respect these feelings and explain to
personality parts and the person that their feelings may have been abused. On
the other hand some feelings are true and we need to use our rationality, logic
and intuition to work this out.
Articulating
the programming This means getting an
understanding of it whether it be the whole thing, a specific area, etc. Write
down what is happening in the deprogramming or what you see in the programming.
Allow all the words to come up and put then in some order if you want. See if
you are going around in circles and not shifting or if new areas opening up,
etc. Its also good to draw what you see whether it be the torture memory. Or an
image of the programming ‘system” or a parts problems and fears, etc.
Articulating the programming and deprogramming is important in that you have
something concrete in front of you to refer to. Even if it is confused, it
shows how the programming is constructed and you can work out ways of undoing
it.
Deprogramming and Living a
Life
Deprogramming and General
Life. Deprogramming needs to be seen in relationship to life generally. You/the
survivor are pressured by work, studies, family, friends, relationships,
shopping, etc. It is important to know when it is needed to deprogram. During
stress times, deprogramming is very important and life generally needs to be
well used such as being with trusted friends or telling unreliable friends that
you cant see them. Work and social functions need to be made less important,
etc. It is important not to get triggered by similar looking cult/organization
things/people which are not grub, and to not go near or do things that will
trigger or do harm such as tall buildings.
Deprogramming and the
Grubs. Programming and deprogramming need to be put into a grub organization
perspective in that they are specifically about the grub organization. This is its
function. It relates specifically to being accessed, disclosure, disrupting
support and grub activities. During general or non crisis times, the aims of
the grubs are to keep you/the survivor under control. THIS IS NOT THE TOTALITY
OF LIFE. If we use the times and space when the grub organization is not
seriously affecting ones/the survivors life we can use this to develop greater
control over our/the survivors life.
For example, I have now realised that I was being deployed recently for
a courier mission. However I used the time “between missions” to write this
webpage! The programming feels deep because the grubs attempted total control
and abused very secretive, long and extreme methods. The grubs though DO NOT
CONTROL YOU/THE SURVIVOR. As seen with an exercise of walking from one room to
another, everyone has free will and can survive extreme torture as with
concentration camp survivors. We need to develop our free will through our
strength and support from other survivors, friends, non offending family and a
therapist.
Variations
Each of us copes and undoes
programming his/her own way. People have individual interests and strengths.
Some people enjoy looking at psychology and how the mind works and go into the
intricacies of brainwashing. Some people use the media and public education to
get rid of their anger against the cult and its programming. There is no one or
right way to deprogram.
