Control
History of Mind Control Generally
Mind Control, or brainwashing of a specific individual, (as different to general societal brainwashing with say television) is centuries old. Hypnotism, mind altering drugs, repetitious torture, etc have been abused by many governments and organisations to coerce people into being mind controlled. All major countries, both Eastern and Western have trained military and espionage personnel who did it willingly, and civilians who either did it willingly or were non consciously and non willingly mind controlled. The U.S. and western governments have put forth propaganda that only “evil eastern countries” like North Korea have developed and abused brainwashing on their own and other countries people. In fact the term brainwashing was first coined when the U.S. government during the 1950s Korean War tried to make the North Korean government the only culprit.
The
modern robotic style of mind control, the brainwashing, however was being
developed by all the major powers since the end of the first world war. In the
early 1920s the English were experimenting with mind control on WW1 veterans
who had developed neuroses from shell shock at the horrible Tavistock Institute,
a supposed military medical centre. The German and U.S. military and
espionage agencies were also doing experimentation and after the second world
war, the CIA smuggled many German mind control experimenters into the U.S. to
develop the ones mainly abused today. This was the development of the MKUltra
project or Mind Kontrol Ultra experimentation. Out of Mkultra sprung the major
projects of Artichoke, Bluebird
and Monarch among others and which again were the major projects that developed
current programming. These projects became more sophisticated and technically
orientated. Programming could be “achieved” in specific time periods,
perpetrators knew top what degree they could torture people “effectively” to
produce amnestic parts, when to add cues, reproduce a specific system of parts,
reprogram, etc. Later with new technology such as computers and hard drives,
virtual reality, immersion tanks, spinning devices, etc, and the development of
“better” mind altering drugs, the programming became even more “efficient”.
The development of the mind control was for two
main reasons. First there is the obvious greater control of people. The second
is that during the last fifty years international and national legislation has
inhibited or stopped the military and espionage agencies from carrying out
inhumane activities related to invasions, conduct of war, suppression of
rebellion both internally and externally, genocide, illegal sales arms,
infiltration of human rights and socialist groups, etc. The post World War Two
Geneva Convention specifically addressed illegalities with the conduct of war
and espionage. Privacy rights have also increased. Whereas previously
governments could simply intrude on peoples private conversations, left wing
party meetings, etc, specific national legislation were introduced to stop
such. Illegal activities are monitored strictly by some legitimate government,
non government and humanitarian organisations, and concerned groups and
individuals. Families, friends and concerned people of people previously killed
or infiltrated and harassed are also voicing their rights and informing these
concerned people. The media has also informed about inhuman and illegal
activities during war such as the news coverage of the Vietnam War which helped
to stop the U.S. and Australian invasion. Servicemen/women, espionage agents
and government workers have also come forth and reported government human
rights abuses.
The fascist elements of the
government therefore developed the secret mind controlled army in order to
facilitate the same continuing operations. Instead of the ASIO agent
infiltrating the socialist group, a mind controlled victim who is sincerely
thinking s/he is a socialist attends. The government perpetrators then obtain
information from his/her mind controlled self. Instead of soldiers being sent
to Bougainville and then going to the media to report about military atrocities
that contravene the conduct of war, a mind controlled amnesiac group of victims
is sent in. Compared to the past, the government cannot now finance military
invasions, genocide, espionage, etc by taxes, and so it has developed secret
illegal activities such as organised paedophilia, illegal drug production and
selling, and the theft of valuable items in order to finance the mind control
and the operations. Also it has continued previous activities such as the
secret sale of military and societal information and arms for illegal
wars.
Most major
governments abuse mind control. Webpages about mind control come from most
countries particularly in the west where survivors have been able to come
forward more. I have been abused by perpetrators from different countries which
are in contact with Australian grubs. These countries include the U.S.,
Britain, Turkey, Lithuania, Thailand, New Zealand and separatist groups wishing
to form a government such as the Basques in Spain. It was first fully developed
by the American government in the CIA and then the information was sold like
military information to other allied or non threatening governments, or was
copied or developed independently by non alligned and threatening governments.
I remember being forced to read programs produced at the University of Urbana
Champaign in Illinois! The perpetrators were so arrogant that they thought that
I wouldnt remember the place of production of the program!
History of Mind Control in Australia
As fitting the control of Australia by England and the U.S., the
development and abuse of mind control has been mainly done by English and American
agencies in conjunction with the Australian government. Before the late 1960s
it was the English and then afterwards the U.S. The English had military
psychiatrits to develop their programming and sent these psychiatrists to
Australia to implement it by the psychiatrists controlling the public health
systems and universities. What was done covertly was on a continuum of overt psychiatric approaches and within
public organisations such as hospitals and universities. At times, such as with
the Deep Sleep brainwashing, there was no difference in style. In the U.S. the
mind control was more dircetly in the hands of the espioange agency, the CIA,
with universities, prisons and hospitals being abused. The English “shared” the
approaches with Australian programmers, whereas the Americans are more
secretive and will not allow “sharing” of information. All the programs I was
subjected to from the 1970s onwards are “copyrighted” – they actually say
“copyright” grrrrr – from U.S. universities and military colleges. The English mind control programs are mind
control programs without any additions. Both are horrible.
Up until the late 1960s,
Australia was basically dominated by the English government in everything,
including brainwashing. The English component stems mainly from mind control
developed at the Tavistock Institute.
This is a supposed military medical centre and has been the primary
programming centre for England since its establishment in 1920. The institute’s
psychiatrists
have been interested in what they called "brainwashing" or the use of
stress-induced fear to artificially create neurotic states of mind, which may
be programmed as desired. British Intelligence such as
the MI5 and MI6 still use the institute as a psychological warfare bureau and
for programming. During the 1930s the
institute was controlled by Brig. Gen. John Rawlings Rees, who was also chief of Britain's World
War II Psychological Warfare Directorate.
Rees wanted the 300 mostly Tavistock
trained Army psychiatrists to not only be in the military and psychiatric
institutions, but to be in society generally. In 1945 he said, "If we
propose to come out into the open and to attack the social and national
problems of our day, then we must have shock troops (the military trained
psychiatrists) and these cannot be provided by psychiatry based wholly in
institutions. We must have mobile teams of psychiatrists who are free to move
around and make contact with the local situation in their particular area....
In every country, groups of psychiatrists linked to each other …. (have) to
move into the political and governmental field." He wanted a condition "where it is possible for people of
every social group to have treatment when they need it and without the
necessity to invoke the law". He
also added that this can occur “even when they do not wish it”! In other words
civilians would be brainwashed, and against their will, to fit in with the
government’s plans. Aldous Huxley, the famous writer, was also in association
with Tavistock. In 1961 he explained the MKultra experimentation and said that
Mkultra would make “people love their servitude and producing dictatorships
without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for
entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away
from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any
real desire to rebel -- by propaganda, or brainwashing, or brainwashing
enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final
revolution”. Huxley's was also wanting
the production of the so called "somatotonic personality" or someone
who could be brainwashed to assassinate.
There
are two main disturbing aspects to Tavistock’s influence on Australian
programming. Firstly two of the military psychiatrists at Tavistock were sent
by Rees to Australia in the early 1950s and held powerful positions in the
mental health system and psychological research including control of
laboratories. One, a Dr. Dax in 1952 established the Mental Hygiene Department
of Victoria, which became the “role model” for the whole country’s mental
health care system and the south west Pacific region. Then in the same year,
another Tavistock trained brainwasher, a
Dr. Fred Emery, was sent by Rees to become the Senior Research Officer
in the Department of Audio Visual Aids at Melbourne University. Emery had free
reign to conduct experiments on anyone including schoolchildren.
The
second disturbing effect of the Tavistock Institute was Dax’s abuse of the
Institute developed so called “deep sleep” treatment. “Deep Sleep” is basically
a mind control method where victims were heavily drugged to prolong sleep of
more than 20 hours a day. This made the victim very vulnerable to brainwashing
as they had little consciousness and little to no intellectual and physical
abilities. The victims were also electrocuted and lobotomised while within the
drugged and non conscious state. The result was that some people died or were
forced into a continual coma. In 1962, the Tavistock developer of “deep Sleep” a Doctor Sargant, was
brought to Australia by Dax to give a lecture on "The Mechanism of
Brainwashing and Conversion." The Sydney psychiatrist Dr. Harry Bailey had
many discussions with Sargant and began abusing the method in his "deep sleep" experiments at the
Chelmsford Private Hospital in the 1960s and 1970s. This led to the deaths and
serious mental injuries of many victims and the Royal Commission into
Chelmsford and Deep Sleep.
This is
the known aspect to the “behaviour modification” and “social control”
techniques, and autocratic world view of these all-powerful Tavistock
psychiatrists. The only investigation into their approach was the much later
Chelmsford Royal Commission which outlawed the techniques. It is not
unreasonable to suggest that what was on the surface is also what was abused in
illegal mind control. The techniques and approach are on a continuum of abuse,
and as with the deep sleep programming there is really no distinction between
the covert and overt operations. I have been subjected to exactly what these
hospital patients were subjected to. The only difference is that I have
remembered that the programming had effects afterwards in that I was programmed
to be deployed beyond the programming sessions. My reasoned guess is that
Chelmsford victims and victims at similar hospitals where the technique was
abused and there were many, were also programmed for government purposes.
What is
also disturbing and revealing is that these approaches have connections to
known programming sites elsewhere. Tavistock Institute itself has been listed
by many British survivors as a programming site and Dr. Harry Bailey also had
many discussions with known CIA related programmers at Mc Gill University in
Montreal Canada.
Another
clue to the Tavistock Institutes influence in the Australian development of its
mind control lies in the almost dictatorial attitudes of Rees and the military
psychiatrists. As Rees tyrannously stated: “the military psychiatrists
must move into the political and governmental field, where it is possible for
people of every social group to have treatment when they need it and without
the necessity to invoke the law". And
“even when they do not wish it”! This attitude and approach was not criticised
or stopped by the Australian government. Instead it appointed Tavistock
"practitioners" to head mental health departments and university
departments. Control of the
health system and psychological research was in the hands of unaccountable
psychopaths. Their world view was of social control and used traditional
psychological methods of severe trauma for “behaviour modification”. Within
this environment, it was easy to have illegal mind control experimentation
because the methods and system did not have to be accounted for and because it
was simply on a continuum of social control. Testing people and changing their
behaviour sometimes using electric shocks is actual programming. What needs to
be shown now is that there was a reason for this ie mind control and
deployment.
The U.S Component
As said,
through disclosure of FOI Information on the CIA, many authors in the 70s such
as John D Marks proved that the CIA had developed the major current form. With
assistance from a German mind control developer, Mengele, the CIA
developed projects such as Bluebird and Artichoke which became later MKULTRA.
The CIA said that these programs stopped but further enquiries such as the 1996
U.S. Senate Committee into Human radiation found that they weren’t. The CIA and
the U.S. government then developed the Monarch Project which for the first time
abused DID and the abuse of multiplicity and amnesic parts. The mind therefore
was abused in a new and horrific way in that with deliberate amnesia, a part
can take over the body, and a system of parts can be created. They also
developed specific Greek alphabet programming such as Alpha, Beta, Delta and
Theta to correspond to different tasks and systems. Campbell and Gottlieb were two major developers of this
programming. The Monarch project is the main one used currently.
The U.S. component is also the major one now
eclipsing the English. Even though the Tavistock Institute along with other
Institutions such as MC Gill University in Montreal “worked together”, the U.S.
economic and military control of the world during the 1960s meant that the
programming was also controlled by the U.S. It also had developed the Monarch
project and was quite “protective” of it. The U.S. Ministry of Defense and the CIA
and their control of the political institutions in most western institutions,
“assured” a programming control as well. The Americans were very “protective” of their technology and programs,
and produced them within a Fordist conveyor belt style. It was and still is within the U.S.
centric attempted global control.
My Memories
My
memories of programming before the late 1960s were of intense “psychological
observation”. They were looking for my fears so they could abuse them. This
fits in with the English style of analysis and it felt like I was in a box and
they were staring at me with one eye which actually happened many times. They
used to actually put me in a box and observe. The programs were obviously
standardised and we were subjected to electrocution, deprivation, being
defectaed and urinated upon, etc. There was dissociation of course and split
personality stuff, but it wasn’t as intense.
With the
U.S control in the 1970s onwards, the programs were more direct and
straightforward. It was very intense and quick even though the effects were far
from minimal. It felt more like I was on a conveyor belt and was treated as one
of many as with the American Fordist style of production. The programs were
standardised. There was an “investigation” into understanding my fears and how
they could abused but it was fitting these in within the very standardized
forms.
Both of
course abused torture and trauma and both wanted mind controlled slaves so
there is no real difference between the two!
The Australian Government
and Specific Development Mind Control
Its hard to work out if anything was developed
in Australia either by the English or American or by the Australian grubs, in
“consultation” or separately. The Australian government Im sure was and still
is developing mind control separately to the Americans and British and other
countries. The Australian government as say when it tried to develop the Atom
bomb separately does want to control its own technology for its own sake. Their
world view is dog eat dog. However, my memory of the programming particularly
the basic ones is of American control- U.S. places, U.S. words and terminology,
etc and the U.S. was incredibly paranoid about controlling it.
The Australian Government’s
Fault
Even though the programming was mainly British
or American developed, the blame for the programming lies with the Australian
government. It made alliances and deals with them in order to get something out
of it for themselves. Ie to abuse for their greed. And it was and is Australian
government perpetrators implementing it.
